Abstract
Tjelesna aktivnost povezana je s hemodinamskim promjenama i mijenja uvjete opterećenja srca. Sportsko srce je pojam koji opisuje kompleks strukturnog, funkcionalnog i električnog preuređenja koje prati redovite atletske treninge. Kardiomiopatije su nasljedne ili stečene bolesti srčanog mišića koje utječu na strukturu i funkcionalnost u odsutnosti drugih kardiovaskularnih procesa. Diferencijalna dijagnoza između sportskog srca i hipertrofične kardiomiopatije može biti izrazito težak zadatak zbog raznolikosti u fenotipskom prikazu ovog entiteta, posebno u njegovim ranim fazama. U ovom radu opisan je rad srca te fiziološke prilagodbe srca na opterećenje vježbanjem.
Abstract (english)
Physical activity is associated with hemodynamic changes and changes the load conditions of the heart. Athlete's heart is a term that describes a complex of structural, functional and electrical remodeling that accompanies regular athletic training. Cardiomyopathies are inherited or acquired diseases of the heart muscle that affect the structure and functionality in the absence of other cardiovascular processes. Differential diagnosis between athlete's heart and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy can be an extremely difficult task due to the diversity in the phenotypic representation of this entity, especially in its early stages. This paper describes heart cycle and psychological adaption to physical exercise.
