Abstract
Svaka znanstveno-nastavna disciplina, tako i teorija i metodika treninga kao kineziološka grupa na području sporta, mora biti jasno i jednoznačno definirana. Teorija i metodika treninga (TMT) znanstveno-nastavna disciplina koja se vrlo dinamično razvijala u mnogim zemljama svijeta. Ciljevi teorije i metodike treninga jesu proučavanje ustroja funkcioniranja sporta, biomehaničkih karakteristika, funkcionalnih zahtjeva izvedbe aktivnosti, dijagnostičkih postupaka. Svakako, uvaţavanje genetskih nasljednih čimbenika, uz poštovanje bioloških i metodičkih principa. Organizacijske forme treninga jesu načini rada prema broju sudionika koji sudjeluju u realizaciji trenaţnih programa. U organizacijske forme treninga spada; individualni trening, skupni trening i frontalni trening. Karakteristično za metodičke forme treninga je da se u radu koristi sav raspoloţivi prostor, te da svi sportaši treniraju u isto vrijeme. U metodičke forme treninga spada; stanična metodička forma, kruţna metodička forma, cirkularna metodička forma i metodička forma poligona.
Abstract (english)
Each science-teaching discipline, as well as the theory and methodology of training as an applied kinesiological group in the field of sport, must be clearly and uniquely defined. Theory and Methodology of Training (TMT) is a science-teaching discipline that has developed very dynamically in many countries all over the world. The objectives of the theory and methodology of training are to study the organization of sport's functioning, biomechanical characteristics, functional requirements of performance, diagnostic procedures. Of course, appreciation of genetic hereditary factors, with respect to biological and methodological principles. Organizational forms of training are ways of working according to the number of participants participating in the implementation of training programs. In the organizational forms of training belongs, an individual training, a group training and a frontal training. Characteristic of the methodical form of training is that all the available space is used in the work, and that all athletes train at the same time. In the methodological forms of training belongs; A cellular methodic form, a circular methodic form, a circular methodic form and a polygon form of a method.
