Abstract
Što brži i kvalitetniji oporavak sportaša u nogometu predstavlja jedno od glavnih faktora za bolji i brži napredak sportaša u njegovim izvedbama i sposobnostima. Želja za napredovanjem sportaša predstavlja glavni faktor za neprekidnim istraživanjem boljih metoda i manualnih tehnika kako bi se oporavak još više unaprijedio. Postoje brojni načini i metode za poboljšanje i ubrzanje regeneracije sportaša nakon natjecanja ili treninga što je u ovom radu i prikazano. Najvažniji način za unaprjeđenje metoda i oporavka sportaša međusobna je suradnja cijelog tima koji zajedničkim znanjem mogu na adekvatan način putem prehrane, fizioterapijskih procesa ili vrste treninga unaprijediti sportaševe sposobnosti. Bržim i kvalitetnijim oporavkom dozvolit će se sportašu izvođenje težih i češćih treninga bez negativnih posljedica. Mnogobrojni su pozitivni učinci (brža regeneracija, prevencija ozljeda itd.) navedenih metoda oporavka na cjelokupan organizam nogometaša, ali i na njegovu psihu koja je jednako važna ukoliko želimo ostvariti maksimum sportskih rezultata nogometaša.
Abstract (english)
One of the main factors of a better and faster football athlete's progress in his performance and overall abilities is faster and better quality of recovery. Athlete's desire for improvement is a major factor in the continuous research for better methods and manual techniques in order to improve the recovery process even more. There are many ways and methods of improving and speeding up athlete's regeneration after competitions or training as shown in this paper. The most important way of improving the methods and athlete's recovery is a mutual cooperation of the whole team. Using shared knowledge a team can adequately improve the athlete's abilities through nutrition, physical therapy or training type. Faster and better quality of recovery will allow athletes to perform more physically demanding and frequent exercise sessions without any negative effects. There are many positive impacts (faster regeneration, injury prevention etc) of mentioned methods of recovery on the whole football player organism as well as in psylogical way which is very important if you would like to achieve maximum sports results.
