Abstract
Upravljanje odnosima s kupcima ili CRM (Customer Relationship Management) poslovni je sustav, strategija, filozofija, proces planiranja, infrastruktura gospodarskog subjekta i još mnogo toga. Ključna je postavka cijelog sustava da je klijent stavljen u fokus. Uloga je trgovca zadovoljiti potrebe klijenta kako bi on postao lojalan prema poduzeću koje mu pruža uslugu ili proizvod. Osim toga CRM ima velike prednosti ako se kvalitetno provede jer donosi kvalitetnija statistička izvješća, a samim time i kvalitetnija predviđanja prodaje. Uz to djelatnici aktivnije i kvalitetnije obavljaju svoje dužnosti jer su direktno upoznati s krajnjim ciljevima poslovanja. U ovom radu bit će govora o CRM-u kao jednoj od ključnih poluga kvalitetnog poslovanja u području trgovine.
Abstract (english)
Customer Relationship Management or CRM is a business system, a strategy, philosophy, planning process, infrastructure of an enterprise, and much more. The key setting of the entire system is the fact that the client is the focal point. The role of a dealer is to fulfill the needs of the client so that he would become loyal to the company which is providing him with the service or the product. Furthermore, CRM can provide great advantages if implemented correctly because it enables better statistical reports and with that better sales forecasts. In addition, employees more actively and with greater quality perform their duties because they are directly acquainted with the ultimate business goals. In this study we will discuss CRM as one of the key elements of good business in the field of trade.
