Abstract
U ovome završnome radu obrađena je tematika etike, podjela etike te morala, zatim poslovne etike te njeni subjekti, vrline, načela, prava, norme i bonton poslovne etike. Sve navedeno su temeljni načini ljudskoga života prema ljudima, poslovanju i svijetu. U radu je obrađena i tema globalizacije, odnosno procesa globalizacije te njeni pozitivni i negativni učinci, zatim ideja slobodne trgovine, globalizacija kao mikroekonomski fenomen, etika u vremenu postmoderne i u vremenu globalizacije koja uključuje globalizaciju i gospodarski proces, gospodarsku etiku u sjeni globalizacije i liberalizma i socijalni nauk Crkve i religija prema globalizaciji te je na kraju obrađen proces globalizacije u Republici Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
This final paper deals with the topics of ethics, the division of ethics and morals, then business ethics and its subjects, vritues, principles, rights, norms and etiquette of business ethics. All of the above are the fundamental ways of the human life towards people, business and the world. The paper also deals with the topic of globalization, that is the process of globalization and its positive and negative effects, the idea of free trade, globalization as microeconomic phenomenon, ethics in postmodern and globalization that includes globalization and economic process, economic ethics in the shadow of globalization and liberalism and the social doctrine of the Church and religion towards globalization, and finally the process of globalization in the Republic of Croatia is discussed.
