Every day we witness various tragedies that affect the whole world and the Republic of Croatia itself. Tragedies caused by acts of aggression, criminal and illegal behavior, i.e. the commission of various criminal acts by humans. Man is the one who should be socialized, have control over his consciousness and the actions he commits, but in the vast majority of cases, this consciousness wounded or affected by some kind of disorder in a situation when a certain person commits some kind of criminal act. As a result, such people are not safe either for themselves or for their surroundings, and they necessarily need professional help. It`s difficult for a person who has some kind of disorder to see such a thing at all, and what is also difficult for those close to that person because it is difficult to accept reality and the reality is often neglected, which results in unexpected outcomes due to the progress of the disease or disorder. Illness is not only physical pain, illness is also what we do not feel in the form of physical pain, but illness is also what attacks the inner consciousness of a person invisibly from the outside. Unfortunately, these types of diseases have become more frequent and attack all age groups, and we can say that mental illness has become a modern disease today. People with mental illnesses need certain care, professional help, and they need acceptance in society, as they need to ensure and enable all their rights and protection that belongs to them.
