The social benefit of crafts is manifested in some activities through its role in the preservation and development of traditional crafts and services that often represent part of the cultural heritage of society. In their work, artisans most often use local raw materials and cooperate with local suppliers, thus providing local and quality products to the local community with less impact and impact on the environment. This factor contributes to the improvement of the quality of life and standards in the local community. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant and long-lasting impact on tradespeople around the world, especially trades. The crises caused by the pandemic had several key impacts on the trade industry. Measures introduced by states such as lockdowns, movement restrictions, store closures or changes in working hours led to a drop in turnover and income, which was especially pronounced in the sale of non-food products.
