Abstract
Kada govorimo o oglašavanju možemo slobodno reći kako je među ljudima opće poznat pojam reklama, nerijetko ih susrećemo na televizijskom programu, internetu, a nezaobilazni su i u novinama, radiju i drugim masovnim medijima. Cilj oglašavanja je u svojoj srži zapravo komunikacija sa svrhom informiranja, obavještavanja potencijalnih pojedinaca, grupa ili zajednica o određenim proizvodima, uslugama, izborima i slično, a sadržavaju činjenice ili informacije o onome što je predmet propagandnog oglašavanja. Posebnost oglašavanja je da su sve propagandne poruke osmišljene i napravljene za pojedinca ili skupinu ljudi sa određenom predispozicijom. Primjerice, na propagandnim porukama za kozmetiku možemo vidjeti osobu ženskoga spola sa, nerijetko, predivnim licem i slično s ciljem pridobivanja osoba ženskoga spola za takav oblik proizvoda, a u drugu ruku kod osoba muškoga spola koji se bave fizičkim aktivnostima tipa fitness, oglašavaju proizvodi uz ''savršeno'' muško tijelo što ujedno potiče određene podsvjesne procese kod muškaraca kao i kod žena. Postoje određena stereotipna ponašanja koja mogu, ali i ne moraju imati utjecaj na oglašavanje, ali je poznato kako je spol jedan od njih.
Abstract (english)
When we talk about advertising, we can freely say that the term commercials is widely known among people, we often meet them on television, on the internet, and they are unavoidable in newspapers, radio and other mass media. At its core, the goal of advertising is actually communication with the purpose of informing potential individuals, groups or communities about certain products, services, choices, etc., and containing facts or information about what is the subject of advertising for an individual or group of people with a particular predisposition. For example, in cosmetics ads we can see a female person with, often, a beautiful face and with the aim of attracting female persons for some form of product, and on the other hand in male persons engaged in physical activities such as fitness, advertise products with a "perfect" male body which also stimulates certain subconscious processes in men as well as in women. There are certain stereotypical behaviors that may or may not have an impact on advertising, but gender is known to be one of them.
