Abstract
Glavni zadatak ovog završnog rada je detaljnija analiza diobe vlasti u Republici Hrvatskoj. Republika Hrvatska je parlamentarna demokracija te je vlast podijeljena na principu trodiobe vlasti na izvršnu, zakonodavnu i sudbenu vlast. U izvršnu vlast spada Vlada i predsjednik Republike Hrvatske, a njihova osnovna funkcija je izvršavanje zakona koje donosi zakonodavna vlast. Provoditelj zakonodavne vlasti u Republici Hrvatskoj je Hrvatski sabor koji je predstavničko tijelo građana. Sudbena vlast u Republici Hrvatskoj je samostalna i neovisna te je provode sudovi, svaki za područje za koje je osnovan. Najviši sud je Vrhovni sud Republike Hrvatske.
Abstract (english)
The main task of this final paper is a more detailed analysis of the division of power in the Republic of Croatia. The Republic of Croatia is a parliamentary democracy, so the authorities are divided on the principle of separation of authorities, that is, executive power, legislative power and judicial power. The executive power is represented by the government and the president of the Republic of Croatia and their main function is execution of the law that are made by the legislative power. The implementer of the legislative power in the Republic of Croatia is Croatian Parliament which is a representative body of citizens. The judicial power is autonomus and independent and it is enforced by the courts, each representing the domain that it was founded for. The highest court in the Republic of Croatia is The Supreme court of the Republic of Croatia.
