Abstract
Tematika ovoga rada vezana je uz organizaciju policije i Oružanih snaga Republike Hrvatske. Kako policija, tako i Hrvatska vojska pod okriljem su Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova, odnosno Ministarstva obrane. Policija je organizirana u tri hijerarhijske cjeline pod kojima podrazumijevamo: Ravnateljstvo policije, policijske uprave, te policijske postaje. Radom policije i ravnateljstva upravlja glavni ravnatelj koji za svoj rad odgovara ministru, radom policijske uprave upravlja načelnik koji je za svoj rad odgovoran glavnom ravnatelju i ministru, dok radom policijske postaje rukovodi načelnik policijske postaje, odgovoran za svoj rad načelniku policijske uprave. Sastavnice Oružanih snaga Republike Hrvatske su Glavni stožer, Hrvatska kopnena vojska, Hrvatska ratna mornarica i Hrvatsko ratno zrakoplovstvo. Osim navedenog oružane snage obuhvaćaju i Hrvatsko vojno učilište i zapovjedništvo specijalnih snaga. Predsjednik Republike Hrvatske naređuje uporabu i zapovijeda Oružanim snagama u ratnom stanju, te je odgovoran za obranu neovisnosti i teritorijalne cjelovitosti Republike Hrvatske.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is related to the organization of the police and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Croatia, Both the police and the Croatian Army are under the auspices of the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Defense. The police are organized into three hierarchial units, wich we mean: Police Directorate, Police Administratione, and Police Stations. The work of the police and the Directorate is menaged by the Director General, who is accountable to the Minister for his work; The Armed Forces of the Republic of Croatia are organized into the General Staff, the Croatian Land Army, the Croatian Navy and the Croatian Air Force. In addition, the armed forces include the Croatian Military College ad the Special Forces Command. The President of the Republic of Croatia, orders the use and commands the Armed Forces in the state of war, and is responsible for the defense of the independence and territorial intigrity of the Republic of Croatia.
