Abstract | Kvalitetno planirana, organizirana i implementirana logistička funkcija pakiranja poduzećima donosi uštede u transportnim troškovima, bolju iskorištenost prostora, smanjenje mogućnosti šteta, manje troškove odlaganja proizvoda, zaštitu okoliša, itd. Njen je značaj u suvremenom poslovanju vrlo velik. S obzirom na napredak u tehnologiji u današnje vrijeme prisutne su različite vrste ambalaže, što uključuje i moderne vrste kao što je inteligentna ambalaža. Pri izradi ambalaže koriste se različiti materijali kao što su papir, metal, drvo, staklo, tekstil, plastika, folija, i dr. Postupci pakiranja ovise o proizvodima koje je potrebno pakirati, njihovoj destinaciji, opremi koje poduzeće posjeduje, kao mogućnostima poduzeća. Pakiranje proizvoda može biti ručno, poluautomatizirano i automatizirano. U logističkom smislu, funkcija pakiranja ponajviše je povezana s funkcijom transporta. Iz tog razloga važna je i transportna ambalaža koja podržava logističke postupke prijevoza i rukovanja određenom količinom proizvoda koji su pakirani u prodajnu i/ili skupnu ambalažu. Najčešće se koriste drvene ili plastične palete, kao i kontejneri. U praktičnom dijelu rada analizirani su postupci i procesi pakiranja na primjeru poduzeća Filir. d.o.o. koje se, između ostaloga, bavi i logističkim poslovima otprema. Pakiranje u ovom poduzeću koordinirani je proces pripremanja proizvoda za transport, skladištenje, logistiku, prodaju i konačno korištenje od strane kupaca, a ujedno i ostvarenje komunikacije. |
Abstract (english) | A well-planned, organized and implemented logistics function of packaging brings savings to companies in transport costs, better usage of space, reduced damage, lower costs of product disposal, environmental protection, etc. Its importance in modern business is very high. Given the advances in technology nowadays, different types of packaging are present, which includes modern types such as intelligent packaging. Different materials are used in the production of packaging, such as paper, metal, wood, glass, textiles, plastic, foil, etc. Packaging procedures depend on the products to be packaged, their destination, the company’s equipment, as well of the capabilities of company. Product packaging can be manual, semi-automated and automated. In logistical terms, the packaging function is mostly related to the transport function. For this reason, transport packaging is also important as it supports the logistical procedures of transport and handling a certain amount of products that are packed in sales and/or bulk packaging. Wooden or plastic pallets are the most often used, as well as containers. In the practical part of the paper, the procedures and processes of packaging are analyzed on the example of the company Filir Ltd. that, among other things, deals with the logistics of shipping. Packaging in this company is a coordinated process of preparing products for transport, storage, logistics, sales and use by customers, as well as the realization of communication. |
