Abstract
Proprioceptivna neuromuskularna facilitacija uobičajena je vrsta intervencije za povećanje opsega pokreta. Cilj ovog završnog rada je istražiti moguće mehanizme, predložene teorije i fiziološke promjene do kojih dolazi uslijed tehnika proprioceptivne neuromuskularne facilitacije. Glavni njezin cilj je povećati opseg pokreta i performansi. Korištenjem tehnika PNF koncepta na segmentu na kojem se izvodi intervencija relativno brzo dolazi do povrata opsega pokreta te snage i jakosti mišića, što... More vraća i funkcionalnost pacijentu. Ovaj koncept sagledava pacijenta kao cjelinu te nastoji iskoristiti sve potencijale pacijenta uz pružanje raznolikih mogućnosti te kombiniranjem uzoraka i tehnika direktnom i indirektnom intervencijom ozlijeđenih dijelova tijela. Ovo čini koncepti pozitivnim i cjelovitim pristupom problemu pacijenta za što je potrebna vješta interakcija terapeuta i pacijenta koja kao cilj postavlja postizanje najboljih mogućih rezultata. Less
Abstract (english)
Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation is a common type of intervention to increase range of motion. The aim of this final paper is to investigate the possible mechanisms, proposed theories and physiological changes that occur following the technique of proprioceptive neuromuscular relief. The main goal of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitations is to increase range of motion and performance. The use of the PNF concept technique on the segment in which the intervention is performed... More relatively quickly leads to the return of the range of motion and muscle strength, which restores the patient's functionality. The PNF concept looks at patients as a whole and seeks to harness the full potential of the patient while providing a variety of options by combining patterns and techniques with direct and indirect interventions of injured body parts. This makes the concepts a positive and holistic approach to the patient's problem, which requires a skilful interaction between the therapist and the patient, which aims to achieve the best possible results.
