Abstract
Izvještaj o novčanim tokovima financijski je izvještaj koji sažima iznos novca i novčanih ekvivalenata koji ulaze i izlaze iz poduzeća. Izvještaj o novčanim tokovima mjeri koliko dobro tvrtka upravlja svojom novčanom pozicijom, što znači koliko dobro tvrtka generira novac za podmirivanje svojih dužničkih obveza i financiranje svojih operativnih troškova. Cilj završnog rada je prikazati teorijsku problematiku sastavljanja izvještaja o novčanom toku te istu upotpuniti aplikativnim primjerom poduzeća PIK Vinkovci d.o.o. gdje će se steći uvid u način sastavljanja ovog izvještaja u praksi. Svrha ovog istraživanja jest da se utvrdi jasna slika o poslovanju poduzeća PIK Vinkovci d.o.o. temeljem izvještaja o novčanom toku te da se na temelju dobivenih podataka pokuša zaključiti iskorištava li poduzeće maksimalno svoje novčane resurse i postiže li maksimalnu korist putem generiranja novčanih ekvivalenata radi ostvarenja što bolje likvidnosti i stjecanja što većeg profita. Izvještaj o novčanim tokovima od iznimnog je značaja kako za poslovni subjekt interno tako i za poslovno okruženje kompanije. Danas bez zdravog operativnog novčanog toka poduzeće teško može računati na izdašne kreditne i druge financijske izvore (dio novčanog toka od financijskih aktivnosti), a još teže razmišljati o investicijskim, kapitalnim izdacima (dio novčanog toka od investicijskih aktivnosti).
Abstract (english)
A cash flow statement is a financial statement that summarizes the amount of cash and cash equivalents entering and leaving an enterprise. The cash flow statement measures how well a company manages its cash position, which means how well a company generates money to meet its debt obligations and finance its operating expenses. The aim of the final paper is to present the theoretical issues of compiling a cash flow statement and complete it with an application example of the company PIK Vinkovci d.o.o., where can be seen insight into how to compile this report in practice. The purpose of this research is to establish a clear picture of the business of PIK Vinkovci d.o.o. based on the cash flow statement and try to conclude on the basis of the obtained data whether the company makes the most of its financial resources and achieves the maximum benefit by generating cash equivalents in order to gain better liquidity and as much profit as possible. The cash flow statement is extremely important for both the business entity internally and the business environment of the company. Today, without a healthy operating cash flow, a company can hardly count on generous credit and other financial sources (part of the cash flow from financial activities), and even harder to think about investment, capital expenditures (part of the cash flow from investment activities).
