Abstract
Pretilost postaje sve češći problem u današnjem svijetu. Nastaje najviše zbog nekih genetskih faktora te zbog sve veće dostupnosti visokokalorične hrane. Porastom pretilosti dolazi do problema sa zdravljem, a sam stupanj pretilosti ovisit će o zdravlju. Prehrana je također jedan od glavnih problema u nastanku pretilosti. Nepravilnom prehranom dolazi do većeg unosa energije u odnosu na njenu potrošnju. Jedna od najvažnijih čimbenika za sprječavanje pretilosti je prevencija. U prevenciji pretilosti jako je važna tjelesna aktivnost i pravilna prehrana. Redovitom tjelesnom aktivnosti možemo utjecati na tjelesnu težinu te kod pretilosti možemo utjecati na smanjenje stupnja pretilosti. Suprotno, tjelesna neaktivnost dovodi do povećanja zdravstvenih problema, tjelesne težine te stupnja pretilosti. Zbog toga je redovita tjelesna aktivnosti vaţan čimbenik u sprječavanju nastanka pretilosti te nekih mogućih zdravstvenih rizika. Svrha pisanja ovog završnog rada je objasniti što je to pretilost i tjelesna aktivnost te kako utjecati na sprječavanje nastanka pretilosti. Objasniti kako će redovita tjelesna aktivnost biti važna u sprečavanju i smanjenju stupnja pretilosti. Temeljem pretraženih istraživanja dokazati kako edukacijom i provedbom tjelesne aktivnosti i pravilne prehrane možemo utjecati na smanjenje pretilosti.
Abstract (english)
Obesity is becoming a frequent problem in today's world. It is mostly occurring due to some genetic factors and high-caloric food. The increase of obesity is closely connected to the health problems and its degree of obesity will depend on the health condition of an individual. Diet is one of the main problems in obesity occurence. By inadequate diet, higher intake of energy exceeds its use. One of the most important factors in preventing the obesity is prevention. In the prevention of obesity, physical activity and adequate diet play an important role. By being physically active we can affect the weight gain and with obesity, we can affect its degree. Contrary, being physically inactive can lead to health problems, weight gain and the degree of obesity. Therefore, regular physical activity is an important factor in prevention of obesity occurence as well as possible health risks. The purpose of this thesis is to explain what obesity and physical activity is and how to prevent the occurance of obesity. As well as to explain how regular physical activity is of great importance in preventing and reducing the degree of obesity. Based on the conducted research, this thesis will prove that with education, physical activity and adequate diet we can affect the decrease of obesity.
