Abstract
Lumbalni bolni sindromi uobičajena su i izazovna medicinska pojava. Osnovna definicija je da je to bol, stezanje mišića i nelagoda u području između donjeg rebrenog luka i donje glutealne brazde, a bol se može i ne mora širiti u nogu. Postoji nekoliko podjela s obzirom na simptome i njihovo trajanje. S obzirom na trajanje može se raditi o akutnom ili kroničnom lumbalnom bolnom sindromu, a s obzirom na uzrok o specifičnom i nespecifičnom. Osnovna podjela na čimbenike rizika je na individualne čimbenike, psihosocijalne i one povezane s opterećenjem. Važno je razlikovati ciljeve liječenja s obzirom na simptome, a najvažniju ulogu kod liječenja zauzima fizioterapija. Uspješnoj fizioterapiji prethodi temeljita dijagnostika i fizioterapijska procjena.
Abstract (english)
Lumbar pain syndromes are a common and challenging medical phenomenon. The basic definition is that it is pain, muscle contraction and discomfort in the area between the lower rib arch and the lower gluteal sulcus, and the pain may or may not spread to the leg. There are several divisions regarding symptoms and their duration. Given the duration, it can be an acute or chronic lumbar pain syndrome, and given the cause of specific and nonspecific. The basic division into risk factors is into individual factors, psychosocial and load-related. It is important to differentiate the goals of treatment according to the symptoms, and the most important role in treatment is played by physiotherapy. Successful physiotherapy is preceded by thorough diagnosis and physiotherapy assessment.
