Abstract
Mišiće rotatorne manžete čine mišići supraspinatus, infraspinatus i teres minor i oni se nalaze na stražnjoj strani lopatice. Ozljede rotatorne manžete dijele se na: tendinitis, koji može biti kalcificirajući i tendinitis uzrokovan mehaničkim podražajem, rupture rotatorne manžete, koje se prema veličini puknuća dijele na parcijalne i potpune i rotatorna artropatija koja može biti posttraumatska i degenerativna. Ozljede rotatorne manžete karakterizirane su bolnošću prilikom pokreta i ograničenjem pokreta. Liječenje može biti konzervativno i kirurško, a odluka koje će liječenje biti primijenjeno je na samom kirurgu. Iako rezultati metoda liječenja mogu varirati, funkcionalni rezultati su uglavnom jednaki. Fizioterapijski postupak se radi po već ustaljenim protokolima, a predviđeno vrijeme oporavka pacijenta s nekom vrstom ozljede rotatorne manžete je otprilike 22 tjedna, no može trajati i duže kod nekih pacijenata. Vrlo je bitan individualan pristup svakom pacijentu, jer se tako dobiju najbolji rezultati liječenja.
Abstract (english)
The muscles of the rotator cuff are made up of the muscles supraspinatus, infraspinatus and teres minor and they are located on the back of the scapula. Injuries to the rotator cuff are divided into: tendinitis, which can be calcifying and tendinitis caused by mechanical stimulation, ruptures of the rotator cuff, which according to the size of the rupture are divided into partial and complete, and rotator cuff arthropathy, which can be posttraumatic and degenerative. Rotator cuff injuries are characterized by pain during movement and restriction of movement. Treatment can be conservative and surgical, and the decision on which treatment will be applied is up to the surgeon himself. Although the results of treatment methods may vary, the functional results are generally the same. The physiotherapy procedure is performed according to established protocols, and the estimated recovery time of a patient with some type of rotator cuff injury is approximately 22 weeks, but may take longer in some patients. An individual approach to each patient is very important, because that is how the best treatment results are obtained.
