Abstract
Koljeno predstavlja jedan od najsloženijih zglobova u ljudskom tijelu. Njegovi glavni dijelovi su femur, tibia, fibula, menisci, ligamenti i zglobne hrskavice. Nažalost koljeno je zglob koji je u sportu vrlo često ozljeđivan, podložan je ozljedama poput ruptura i sindroma prenaprezanja. Primarna prevencija služi nam kako bi zdravim osobama pomogli da ne bi došlo do navedenih ozljeda, a sekundarna prevencija služi nam da bi prepoznali određena oštećenja koje su osobe pretrpjele kako bi se spriječili ozbiljnije ozljede.
Abstract (english)
Knee represents one of the most complex joint in human body. Its main parts are femur, tibia, fibula, menisci, ligaments and articular cartilage. Unfortunately, the knee is a joint that is very often injured in sports, it is liable to injuries such as ruptures and overexertion syndrome. The primary prevention helps us to help healthy people avoid these injuries, and the secondary prevention helps us to identify certain damages that people have suffered in order to prevent more serious injuries.
