Abstract
Prvo proučavanje nasilja u školi i izrada programa intervencije počinje 70-tih godina prošlog stoljeća u Norveškoj. S vremenom raste osvještenost o postojanju problema nasilja među djecom. Ciljevi provođenja preventivnih programa su: smanjenje, uklanjanje i sprječavanje problema nasilništva, postizanje boljih odnosa među vršnjacima u školi, te omogućavanje i žrtvama i nasilnicima da se bolje snađu u socijalnom funkcioniranju. Pristupi i aktivnosti u borbi protiv nasilja razlikuju se, ali evaluacija programa pokazala je da njihovo dosljedno, ustrajno i temeljno provođenje može smanjiti pojavnost nasilja. Dijalog, tolerancija, multikulturalizam i nenasilje, te poštivanje temeljnih ljudskih prava trebali bi biti osnova društva. Jedan od prvih koraka je rad na prevenciji nasilja i netolerantnosti svih oblika u školama.
Abstract (english)
The first study of school violence and the development of an intervention program began in the 70s of the 20th century in Norway. With time, awareness of the problem of violence among children is growing. The goals of implementing preventive programs are: reducing, eliminating and preventing violence, achieving better relations among peers in school, and enabling victims and offenders to function better in social terms. Accesses and activities in the fight against violence differ, but evaluation of the program has shown that their consistent, persistent and fundamental implementation can reduce the occurrence of violence. Dialogue, tolerance, multiculturalism and nonviolence, and respect for fundamental human rights should be the foundation of society. One of the first steps is to prevent the violence and intolerance of all forms in schools.
