Abstract
Kralježnica trpi brojna opterećenja tijekom života koja mogu dovesti do određenih bolesti, poremećaja ili stanja. Jedan od njih je i križobolja ili bol u donjem dijelu leđa zvana još i lumbalni bolni sindrom. Pogađa većinu populacije i svaka osoba barem jednom u životu osjeti bol u donjem dijelu leđa. Uzrok je najčešće nepoznat iz čega nastaje naziv nespecifična križobolja, smatra se da je razlog prekomjerna ili nedovoljna tjelesna aktivnost, loše držanje, preopterećenje leđnih mišića i slično. Mehanički uzrokova križobolja proizlazi iz poznatog uzroka poput mehaničkog oštećenja na kralježnici, tumor, infekcije, deformacije i mnogi drugi. Križobolja može biti akutna, subakutna i kronična, o čemu također ovisi i liječenje. Najčešće se koriste konzervativne metode liječenja, ,u kojima fizioterapeut ima svoje neizostavno mjesto. Te metode uključuju: terapijske vježbe, manualnu terapiju, TENS, krioterapija i mnoge druge. Napredak je individualan i ovisi o težini slučaja i samome pojedincu. Abstract (english)
The spine suffers numerous loads during life that can lead to certain diseases, disorders or conditions. One of them is pain in the lower back, also called lumbar pain syndrome. It affects most of the population and every person at least once in their life feels pain in the lower back. The cause is usually unknown, which is why the name non-specific back pain, it is believed that the reason is excessive or insufficient physical activity, poor posture, overload of the back muscles and others. Mechanical causes of back pain stem from a known cause such as mechanical damage to the spine, tumor, infection, deformity and many others. Low back pain can be acute, subacute and chronic, on which treatment also depends. Conservative methods of treatment are most often used, in which the physiotherapist has his indispensable place. These methods include: therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, TENS, cryotherapy and many others. Progress is individual and depends on the severity of the case and the individual himself.
