Abstract
Poremećaj pažnje i hiperaktivnosti (ADHD) karakteriziran je hiperaktivnošću, impulzivnošću i nepažnjom. Postoje tri tipa ovog poremećaja i prema njima se izrađuje plan terapije. Terapija je uspješnija ukoliko se, osim djeteta, u nju uključe i roditelji te osobe koje s djetetom provode puno vremena (nastavnici, odgajatelji). Cilj terapije je olakšati djetetu funkcioniranje u svakodnevnom životu te poboljšati interakciju s vršnjacima. Edukacija roditelja ima vrlo veliki značaj u terapiji.
Abstract (english)
Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is caracterised by a pattern of hyperactivity, increased impulsivity and diminished sustained attention. There are three types od ADHD and according to them a plan of therapy is developed. Therapy is more successful if it includes not just child but also parents and those who spend a lot of time with the child (teachers, educators). The goal of therapy is to facilitate the child's functioning in everyday life and to improve peers interaction. Parent education has also a very important role in therapy.
