Abstract
Etika je postala neizostavna sastavnica svakog poslovanja. Ona uključuje određena pravila poslovnog ponašanja, načela i normi koje zahtijevaju pravedno postupanje svih sudionika na tržištu. U radu su obrađene sastavnice poslovne etike, njezine prednosti i nedostaci kao i utjecaj etike na trgovinsko poslovanje. Cilj svake organizacije je profitabilnost, ali danas se ta profitabilnost mora ostvarivati u skladu s etičkim normama kako bi organizacije zadržale mjesto na globalnom tržištu te bile konkurentne uz postizanje određenih ciljeva. Pridržavajući se etičkog poslovanja, organizacije lakše ostvaruju svoju svrhu postojanja u sve težim i zahtijevnijim uvjetima tržišta. Svrha ovoga rada jest prikazati važnost etike u poslovnom svijetu te zašto ona u današnje vrijeme dobija sve veći značaj kada se promatra uspješnost poslovanja i zdrave konkurencije na tržištu.
Abstract (english)
Ethics has become an indispensable component of every business. It includes certain rules of business conduct, principles and norms that require fair treatment of all market participants. The paper deals with the components of business ethics, its advantages and disadvantages as well as the impact of ethics on trade operations. The goal of every organization is profitability, but today that profitability must be achieved in accordance with ethical norms in order for organizations to maintain their place in the global market and be competitive while achieving certain goals. By adhering to ethical business, organizations more easily achieve their purpose of existence in increasingly difficult and demanding market conditions. The purpose of this paper is to show the importance of ethics in the business world and why it is gaining in importance nowadays when looking at business performance and healthy competition in the market.
