Abstract
Akutni infarkt miokarda spada u najteže oblike koronarnog sindroma. Najčešći uzrok nastanka je naglo smanjenje protoka krvi kroz koronarne arterije prethodno sužene procesom ateroskleroze. Najbitniji korak nakon akutnog infarkta miokarda je odlazak u bolnicu gdje će pacijentu biti pružena odgovarajuća skrb. Nakon što je pacijentovo stanje stabilno, započinje proces rehabilitacije koji se odvija u tri faze, a provodi ga multidisciplinarni tim stručnjaka. Fizioterapeut u ovom procesu ima veliku ulogu. Sudjeluje i u prijeoperativnoj i postoperativnoj fazi. Njegova je uloga provoditi vježbe i educirati pacijenta o bolesti i uzročnicima nastanka iste. Isto je tako bitno i educirati obitelj pacijenta.
Abstract (english)
Acute myocardial infarction is one of the most severe forms of coronary syndrome. The most common cause is a sudden decrease in blood flow through the coronary arteries preceded by the process of atherosclerosis. The most important step after an acute myocardial infarction is to go to the hospital where the patient will be provided with appropriate care. Once the patient is in order, the rehabilitation process begins, which takes place in three phases and is carried out by a multidisciplinary team of experts. The physiotherapist has a big role in this process. It participates in both the preoperative and postoperative phase. Its role is to conduct exercises and educate the patient about the disease and its causes. It is also important to educate the patient's family.
