Abstract
Zglob kuka, articulatio coxae, nalazi se između femura i zdjeličnog acetabuluma. Ugradnja totalne endoproteze kuka jedno je od najvećih ortopedskih dostignuća. Danas je znatno kraće vrijeme potrebno za provođenje rehabilitacijskih postupaka i oporavak bolesnika u odnosu na prošla vremena, a funkcionalna sposobnost osoba s ugrađenom endoprotezom je sve veća. Hoće li totalna endoproteza zgloba kuka biti ugrađena, ovisi o indikacijama i kontraindikacijama za njezinu ugradnju. Rehabilitacijski se postupci nakon ugradnje totalne endoproteze zgloba kuka vrlo često izvode prema standardiziranim rehabilitacijskim protokolima. Protokoli mogu biti različiti, ali svima je cilj osigurati brz i efikasan povratak bolesnika njegovom svakodnevnom životu i samostalnosti. Prilikom provođenja rehabilitacijskog protokola potrebno je osigurati individualan i holistički pristup bolesniku. Rehabilitacijski se protokoli nakon ugradnje totalne endoproteze kuka obično provode kroz pet faza i traju tri mjeseca.
Abstract (english)
The hip joint, articulatio coxae, is located between the femur and the pelvic acetabulum. The implantation of a total hip endoprosthesis is one of the greatest orthopedic achievements. Today, it takes significantly less time to carry out rehabilitation procedures and recover patients than in the past, and the functional ability of people with implanted endoprostheses is increasing. Whether a total hip joint endoprosthesis will be implanted depends on the indications and contraindications for its implantation. Rehabilitation procedures after the implantation of a total hip arthroplasty are very often performed according to standardized rehabilitation protocols. The protocols may be different, but everyone's goal is to ensure a quick and efficient return of the patient to his daily life and independence. During the implementation of the rehabilitation protocol, it is necessary to ensure an individual and holistic approach to the patient. The most commonly used rehabilitation protocols have five phases and they last for three months.
