Abstract
Što je uzrok oštećenja i gdje se nalazi oštećenje su dva glavna pitanja koja si postavljamo prilikom susreta s pacijentom. Svakom bolesniku pristupamo individualno i prilagođavamo terapiju potrebama bolesnika. Pacijentima je potrebna kompleksna skrb, multidisciplinarni pristup te započinjanje fizikalne terapije u ranom stadiju bolesti. Dinamička neuromuskularna stabilizacija (DNS) je pristup koji je jedinstven i suvremen te obuhvaća zakonitosti razvojne kineziologije tijekom prve godine života i objašnjava važnost neurofizioloških principa sustava za kretanje. Pavel Kolar, fizioterapeut porijeklom iz Češke pod mentorstvom i utjecajem tzv. “velikana” Praške škole manualne medicine je utemeljio DNS. DNS koncept predstavlja kritički skup funkcionalnih testova koji ocjenjuju kvalitetu funkcionalne stabilnosti stabilizatora zglobova i kralježnice te također pomaže u pronalaženju "ključne karike" disfunkcije. Kod DNS tretmana, edukacija pacijenata i sudjelovanje su imperativ za jačanje idealne koordinacije između svih stabilizirajućih mišića. DNS se primjenjuje kod različitih disfunkcija tj. oštećenja te za cilj ima povratak funkcija koje su narušene. Cilj ovoga rada je prikazati primjenu dinamičke neuromuskularne stabilizacije u pojedinim granama medicine. U radu sam izdvojila primjenu DNS koncepta u neurologiji, reumatologiji te pedijatriji.
Abstract (english)
What is the cause of the damage and where is the damage located are the two main questions we ask ourselves when meeting the patient. We approach each patient individually and adjust the therapy to the patient's needs. Patients need complex care, a multidisciplinary approach and starting physical therapy at an early stage of the disease. Dynamic neuromuscular stabilization (DNS) is a modern and distinctive approach that encompasses the principles of developmental kinesiology during the first year of life and explains the relevance of the neurophysiological principles of the locomotory system. Czech physiotherapist Pavel Kolar under the mentorship and influence of the so-called The "great" Prague School of Manual Medicine was founded by DNS. The DNS concept represents a special set of functional tests that assess the quality of functional stability of joint and spine stabilizers and also help to find the "key link" of dysfunction. With DNS treatment, patient education and participation are imperative to foster ideal coordination between all stabilizing muscles. DNS is used for various dysfunctions, i.e. damage, and aims to restore impaired functions. The aim of this paper is to show the application of dynamic neuromuscular stabilization in certain branches of medicine. In my work, I singled out the application of the DNS concept in neurology, rheumatology and pediatrics.
