Abstract
Trudnoća je period u ženinom životu u kojem se kroz devet mjeseci, unutar njezine maternice razvija novi život, a iza toga nastupa i razdoblje puerperija. Trudnoća i puerperij obilježeni su tjelesnim, psihičkim i hormonalnim promjenama. Kao posljedica mnogobrojnih promjena mogu se javiti psihički poremećaji koji se javljaju tijekom trudnoće i puerperija, Tijekom trudnoće mogu se javiti poremećaji poput anksioznosti, depresije, poremećaji spavanja te strah od poremećaja koja se zove tokofobija. Poremećaji koji se javljaju puerperiju su najčešće opsesivno kompulzivni poremećaj, panični poremećaj, PTSP, poremećaj prehrane. Razdoblje puerperija je obilježeno postporođajnom tugom ili baby bluesom koji mogu prijeći u postporođajnu depresiju i psihozu. Često su neprepoznati jer se simptomi pripisuju uobičajenim simptomima trudnoće i puerperija. Važno je na vrijeme uočiti i liječiti jer poremećaj može biti opasan za majku i dijete.
Abstract (english)
Pregnancy is a period in a woman’s life in which, for nine months, inside her vagina, a new life develops, and after that comes a period of puerperium. Pregnancy and puerperium are characterized by physical, psychological, and hormonal changes. As a result of numerous changes, psychological disorders can occur during pregnancy and puerperium. During pregnancy, other disorders can occur, like anxiety, depression, sleeping disorders, and fear of disorders called tokophobia. Disorders that occur most during puerperium are obsessivecompulsive disorder, panic disorder, PTSD, and an eating disorder. The period of puerperium is also marked with postpartum grief or baby blues, which can lead to postpartum depression and psychosis. Most of the time, they are unrecognized because symptoms are attributed to symptoms of pregnancy and puerperium. It is important to notice it on time and heal because the disorder can be dangerous for the mother and the child.
