Abstract
Kondicijska priprema nogometaša predstavlja osnovu treninga kada se govori nogometu. Nogomet je kompleksni sport kojemu je osnovni cilj maksimalno podići i razviti motoričke sposobnosti kao što su koordinacija, brzina, snaga, agilnost i izdržljivost. Sama kompleksnost očituje se u zahtjevima koje nogometaši moraju savladati, a to su tehnika i taktika. Uz to treba realizirati kako tijekom utakmice nogometaši prevale veliku udaljenost primjenjujući pritom različite oblike kretanja od hodanja, udaraca, skokova, vođenja lopti, duela, sprinta i slično. Kako bi nogometaš realizirao složenost struktura kretanja, a da pritom ne gubi na intenzitetu njegova izvođenja, mora posjedovati vrhunsku fizičku spremu. Trening fizičke spreme nogometaša u biti podrazumijeva razvoj svih sposobnosti koje su potrebne igračima kako bi bili i igrali na visokom nivou.
Abstract (english)
The fitness preparation of football players makes up the basis of training when talking about football. Football is a complex sport, the basic aim of which is to maximise and develop motor skills such as coordination, speed, strength, agility and endurance. The complexity of the sport itself is reflected in the requirements that football players must fulfil and master, namely technique and tactics. In addition, it should be realised and acknowledged zhat during the game, football players cover long distances, using various forms of movement such as walking, kicking, jumping, dribbling, duels, sprinting and the like. In order for a football player to properly realise the complexity of these movement structures, and to successfully do so without sacrificting the level of intensity of their performance, they muct be in an excellent state of physical fitness. The physical fitness training of football players essentially implies the development of each and every ability that the players need in order to be at and play at a high level.
