Abstract
Ples je sport te kao i kod svakog drugog sporta brojne su pozitivne ali i negativne strane bavljenja njime. Ovim radom se želi ukazati na ozljede koje pogađaju plesače, bili oni profesionalni ili rekreativni plesači. Vrlo je važno poznavati uzročno posljedičnu vezu ozljeda u plesu kako bi se one mogle ili umanjiti, olakšati, pa u nekim slučajevima i izbjeći, odnosno spriječiti. Isto tako, bitno je shvatiti važnost provođenja raznih preventivnih programa u svim vrstama plesova. Ovaj rad ima za cilj ukazati na razne rizične čimbenike brojnih ozljeda u različitim vrstama plesova, što bi zapravo moglo biti od velike važnosti za usmjerenje trenerima na koje čimbenike rizika obratiti veću pozornost i time izbjeći ili umanjiti određenu ozljedu. Utvrđeno je provedenim anketnim upitnikom kako na ozljede u plesu utječu ne samo fizički faktori nego i psihološki faktori.
Abstract (english)
Dance is a sport, and as with any other sport, there are many positive and negative aspects of practicing it. This work aims to point out the injuries that affect all dancers. It is very important to know the cause-and-effect relationship of injuries in dance so that they can be reduced, facilitated, and in some cases avoided or prevented. Likewise, it is important to understand the importance of implementing various preventive programs in all types of dances. This paper aims to point out various risk factors of numerous injuries in different types of dances, which could actually be of great importance for directing coaches to which risk factors to pay more attention to and avoid or reduce a certain injury. It was established through a questionnaire that injuries in dance are influenced not only by physical factors, but also by psychological factors.
