Abstract
Europska unija je udruženje država članica koje su prenijele dio svog suvereniteta na europske institucije kako bi donosile odluke u zajedničkom, europskom interesu. Pravni sustav Europske unije sastoji se od pravnih pravila i općih načela. Najvažniji dio prava u svakoj zemlji je upravno pravo. Upravno pravo regulira javni sektor, kao i odnose organizacija i pojedinaca u privatnom sektoru. Dva glavna cilja upravnog prava su zaštita prava i interesa građana i uspostava pravne sigurnosti u javnom sektoru. Utjecaj i poznavanje europskog prava od bitnog je značaja za građane, poduzetnike, pravne osobe, praktičare i znanstvenike, jer će se ono izravno ili neizravno odnositi na sve. Upravno pravo je najširi dio pravnog sustava svake suverene države. Zadire u najrazličitija područja društvenog života, uređujući funkcioniranje javnog sektora i odnos između javne zajednice i pojedinca.
Abstract (english)
The European Union is an association of member states that have transferred part of their sovereignty to European institutions in order to make decisions in the common, European interest. The legal system of the European Union consists of legal rules and general principles. The most important part of law in any country is administrative law. Administrative law regulates the public sector, as well as the relations of organizations and individuals in the private sector. The two main goals of administrative law are the protection of the rights and interests of citizens and the establishment of legal certainty in the public sector. The influence and knowledge of European law is essential for citizens, entrepreneurs, legal entities, practitioners and scientists, because it will directly or indirectly apply to everyone. Administrative law is the broadest part of the legal system of every sovereign state. It penetrates into the most diverse areas of social life, regulating the functioning of the public sector and the relationship between the public community and the individual.
