Abstract
Vježbanje i zdravlje od izuzetnog su značaja za život ljudi. Naime, tjelesna aktivnost ima mnogo pozitivnih učinaka na zdravstveno stanje te je zbog toga ono preporučeno kako zdravima tako i osobama koje boluju od raznih bolesti. Tjelesna aktivnost utječe na mentalno zdravlje, pretilost, kolesterol, krvni tlak, krvni šećer, kolesterol, rak itd.. Među velikim uzrokom smrti su upravo kardiovaskularne bolest i šećer koji su se mogli spriječiti redovitom tjelesnom aktivnošću koja može iznositi samo nekoliko sati tjedno. Zdravlje je usko povezano sa tjelesnom aktivnošću. Tjelesna aktivnost pridonosi smanjuju ili olakšavanju određenih bolesti s kojima se ljudi susreću. Osteoporoza, astma, epilepsija i ostale bolesti na prvi bi trebale biti izgovor za fizičku neaktivnost a upravo osobe koje boluju od navedenih bolesti, uz fizičku aktivnost ostvaruju zavidne rezultate kako bi se bolest kontrolirala i u najboljem slučaju izliječila. Osobe s poteškoćama u razvoju također vježbanjem mogu ostvariti znatne rezultate koji mogu utjecati na poboljšanje zdravstvenog stanja.
Abstract (english)
Exercise and sports are extremely important for people's lives. Namely, physical activity has many positive effects on health, which is why it is recommended for both healthy people and people suffering from various diseases. Physical activity affects mental health, obesity, cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, cancer, etc. Among the major causes of death are cardiovascular diseases and diabetes, which could be prevented by regular physical activity that can amount to only a few hours together. Health is closely related to physical activity. Physical activity helps reduce or alleviate certain diseases that people encounter. Osteoporosis, asthma, epilepsy and other diseases should at first be an excuse for physical inactivity, and it is precisely people who suffer from these diseases, with physical activity, who achieve enviable results in order to control the disease and, in the best case, cure it. People with developmental disabilities can also achieve significant results through exercise that can affect the improvement of their health condition.
