Abstract
Marketinški plan je dokument koji je bitan je dio upravljačkog procesa i planiranja, a dobro izrađen marketinški plan odredit će koje poteze će biti potrebno poduzeti kako bi se ostvarili poslovni ciljevi i ideje te kako bi se istaknulo i odvojilo od konkurencije. Svrha je marketinškog plana odrediti tržište i ciljanu skupinu potrošača, analizirati konkurenciju i okruženje u kojem se poduzeće nalazi, odrediti marketinšku strategiju kojom će se privući novi kupci, ali i strategiju kako se nositi s nepredviđenim situacijama na tržištu. Radom će se prikazati marketinški plan u svrhu razvoja novog proizvoda, odnosno prvog koraka razvoja linije proizvoda „Salvator“. Riječ će biti o dva zasebna proizvoda koji se mogu integrirati u cjelinu; ruksaku za spašavanje i pametnoj čizmi „Salvator“. Plan sadrži društveno odgovornu i ekološku komponentu, te je, između ostalog, rađen kroz prizmu ideje o revitalizaciji tvrtke Borovo d.d. i njezinu povezivanju s visokotehnološkim, također lokalnim, partnerom.
Abstract (english)
A marketing plan is a document that is an essential part of the management process and planing, and a weel-made markerting plan will determine what steps will bi taken to achive business purpose and ideas and how to stand out and separate from the competition. The purpose of the marketing plan is to determine the market and the target group of consumers, to know the competition and the enviroment in which the company is located, to determine the maketing strategy that will attract new customers, but also how to deal with unforeseen situations on he market. The paper will present a marketing plan for the purpose of developing a new product, i.e. the first step in the development of the "Salvator" product line. These will be two separate products that can be integrated into a whole; rescue backpack and smart boot "Salvator". The plan contains a socially responsible and ecological component, and was, among other things, made through the prism of the idea of the revitalization of the company Borovo, and its connection with a high-tech, also local, partner.
