Abstract
U okviru terapija koje se koriste za poticanje normalne mišićne aktivnosti i razvoja nalazi se i terapija Vojta konceptom. Kod Vojta koncepta stimulacijom određenih točaka na tijelu može se poboljšati motoričke funkcije, ravnotežu, koordinaciju te opću funkcionalnost. Kroz pregled stručne literature, u radu je prikazano provođenje i utjecaj Vojta koncepta kod djece sa sljedećim ortopedskim problemima: displazija kuka, kongenitalni tortokolis, kongenitali ekvinovarus, kongenitalni metatarzalni varus te idiopatska skolioza. Provođenjem Vojta terapije mogu se postići značajni učinci u poboljšanju motoričkih funkcija i posturalne kontrole kod djece s navedenim ortopedskim problemima.
Abstract (english)
Within the therapies used to promote normal muscle activity and development, there is the Vojta concept therapy. By stimulating certain points on the body through the Vojta concept, motor functions, balance, coordination, and overall functionality can be improved. Through a review of the professional literature, this paper presents the implementation and impact of the Vojta concept in children with the following orthopedic problems: hip dysplasia, congenital torticollis, congenital clubfoot, congenital metatarsus varus, and idiopathic scoliosis. Significant effects in improving motor functions and postural control can be achieved through the implementation of Vojta therapy in children with these orthopedic problems.
