Abstract
Sportska fizioterapija je jedna od suvremenih grana fizioterapije, te je sve više rasprostranjena po nogometnim klubovima s ciljem prevencije i rehabilitacije najčešćih ozljeda u nogometu. Uloga fizioterapeuta u nogometnim klubovima je, između ostalog, da budu prvi kontakt medicinske službe s ozljeđenim igračem, te da naprave prvu intervenciju saniranja i dijagnostike ozljede. Cilj istraživanja je utvrditi najčešće ozljede i čimbenike koji povećavaju rizik od ozljeda kod nogometaša kadeta Nogometnog kluba Osijek (Nk Osijek). U istraživanju je sudjelovao 21 igrač kadet Nk Osijek. Za prikupljanje podataka igrači su ispunjavali anonimnu anketu. Rezultati anekete pokazuju kako su parcijalne i totalne rupture mišića i distorzije zgloba najčešće ozljede kadeta Nk Osijeka. Pitanja koja su postavljena u anketi su obuhvaćala pitanja u vezi prehrane, sna, stresa, dodatnih treninga van kluba.
Abstract (english)
Sports physiotherapy is one of the modern branches of physiotherapy, and it is increasingly widespread in football clubs with the aim of preventing and rehabilitating the most common injuries in football. The role of physiotherapist in football clubs is, among other things, to be the first contact of the medical service with and injured player and to make the first intervention to rehabilitate and diagnose the injury. The goal of the research is to determine the most common injuries and factors that increase the risk of injuries among cadet football players of the Football Club Osijek (FC Osijek). In research participated 21 cadet players of NK Osijek. To collect data, players filled out an anonymous survey. The results of the survey show that partial and total muscle ruptures and joint distortions are the most common injuries of NK Osijek cadets. The questions that were asked in the survey included questions about nutrition, sleep, stress, additional training outside the club.
