Abstract
Neurološki poremećaji, koji značajno utječu na ţivčani sustav, predstavljaju globalni izazov u zdravstvu. Fizioterapijska procjena, temeljna komponenta u procesu neurorehabilitacije, koristi kliničko razmišljanje i individualni pristup kako bi osigurala najbolju skrb za svakog pacijenta u neurorehabilitaciji. Kod neuroloških bolesnika, fizioterapijska procjena obuhvaća detaljan klinički pregled, anamnezu, analizu medicinske dokumentacije i specifične testove za identifikaciju funkcionalnih poremećaja, ograničenja pokretljivosti i neuromišićnih disfunkcija s ciljem izrade i provoĎenja individualiziranog plana terapije. Fizioterapijska procjena u neurorehabilitaciji zahtijeva precizan pristup koji se prilagoĎava specifičnim bolestima, simptomima i potrebama svakog pacijenta. Kroz paţljivu i sveobuhvatnu procjenu, fizioterapeuti pruţaju ključnu podršku pacijentima na njihovom putu prema boljem zdravlju i funkcionalnosti.
Abstract (english)
Neurological disorders, which significantly impact the nervous system, represent a global healthcare challenge. Given the ubiquity of these disorders, such as stroke and dementia, mortality and the disease burden associated with them continue to rise. Physiotherapeutic assessment, a fundamental component in the neurorehabilitation process, utilizes clinical reasoning and an individualized approach to ensure the best care for each patient in neurorehabilitation. In neurological patients, physiotherapeutic assessment involves a detailed clinical examination, medical history, analysis of medical records, and specific tests to identify functional impairments, mobility limitations, and neuromuscular dysfunctions with the goal of developing and implementing an individualized therapy plan. Physiotherapeutic assessment in neurorehabilitation requires a precise approach that adapts to the specific diseases, symptoms, and needs of each patient. Through careful and comprehensive assessment, physiotherapists provide crucial support to patients on their journey toward better health and functionality.
