Abstract
Sindromi prenaprezanja u laktu jedni su od najčešćih sindroma prenaprezanja. Lateralni epikondilitis, tzv. teniski lakat češći je od medijalnog, tzv. golferskog lakta, a jednako zahvaća i muškarce i žene. Što se tiče rehabilitacije, nema strogo određenih tretmana, već se konzervativno liječenje temelji na uklanjaju simptoma, tj. boli. U konzervativnom liječenju fizikalna terapija ima veliku ulogu u uklanjaju bolova, kao i u prevenciji i smanjenju mogućnosti recidiva. U metode fizikalne terapije ubrojeni su: elektroterapija, magnet, ultrazvuk, udarni val, kineziotaping, Mulliganov koncept, PNF, krioterapija i kineziterapija. Kada su konzervativne metode liječenja neuspješne ili kod čestih recidiva primjenjuje se operativni zahvat, iako se takva vrsta liječenja ovog stanja koristi rijetko.
Abstract (english)
Overuse syndromes in the elbow are among the most common overuse syndromes. Lateral epicondylitis, commonly known as tennis elbow, is more prevalent than medial epicondylitis, or golfer's elbow, and affects both men and women equally. Regarding rehabilitation, there are still no strictly defined treatments, and conservative treatment focuses on relieving symptoms, namely pain. In conservative treatment, physical therapy plays a significant role in pain relief, as well as in prevention and reducing the risk of recurrence. The methods of physical therapy include: electrotherapy, magnet therapy, ultrasound, shockwave therapy, kinesio taping, the Mulligan concept, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), cryotherapy, and kinesitherapy. When conservative treatment methods prove unsuccessful, surgical intervention is applied, although this type of treatment for this condition is rarely used.
