Abstract
Ovim završnim radom iz kolegija Marketing u trgovini pobliže je opisana tema rada Strategija rasta poduzeća. Radom je obuhvaćena tematika rasta i razvoja poduzeća, te se radom istražuju prednosti i mane različitih strategija rasta poduzeća. Pobliže je opisana cijelokupna organizacija poduzeća, te koliki utjecaj imaju motivirani i zadovoljni radnici na sam uspjeh rasta poduzeća. Također veliki utjecaj na rast poduzeća doprinose uspješni menadžeri koji biraju kvalitetan kadar zaposlenika za poduzeće, te koji svoje ideje pretvaraju u djelo i tako ostvaruju svoje poslovne ciljeve. Cilj ovog rada je pronaći najbolje strategije rasta koje mogu poslužiti poduzećima za razvijanje njihovog poslovanja te daljnji rast poduzeća na tržištu.
Abstract (english)
This final paper on Marketing in Trade provides an in-detail elaboration of the following topic: Company Growth Strategies. The paper deals with the growth of printing service business. Furthermore, it explores the advantages and disadvantages attributed to different business growth strategies. It provides a description of an overall organization of a company as well as how much influence motivated and satisfied employees have on the successful company`s growth. Also, much influence on the company`s growth can be attributed to successful managers who choose quality employees for the company and turn their ideas into action and thus achieve their business goals. The goal of the paper is to find the best growth strategies that can help companies develop their business and further the growth of the company on the printing service market.
