Abstract
Trudnoća je razdoblje u kojem nastaju brojne promjene osobito na mišićno – koštanom sustavu. Dolazi do promjena u posturi, a zglobovi i ligamenti postaju nestabilni zbog čega je narušena stabilnost trudnice. Stoga je bitno u trudnoći uvesti vježbanje, a rekvizit kojeg sve više trudnica koristi za vježbanje je Swiss lopta jer pruža brojne benefite. Vježbanje na lopti djeluje na poboljšanje stabilnosti i fleksibilnosti. Vježbe istezanja na Swiss lopti pomažu u opuštanju mišića koji su skraćeni. Također vježbanjem na lopti jačaju se istegnuti abdominalni mišići. Prilikom vježbanja potrebno je odabrati loptu koja dimenzijama odgovara trudnici kako bi ona mogla zauzeti pravilan položaj tijekom izvođenja vježbi. Vježbanje na lopti tijekom trudnoće olakšati će nelagodu i bol koja nastaje u donjem dijelu leđa i tako smanjiti stres i anksioznost.
Abstract (english)
Pregnancy is a period in which numerous changes occur, especially in the musculoskeletal system. There are changes in posture, joints and ligaments become unstable, affecting the stability of the pregnant woman. Therefore, it is important to introduce exercise during pregnancy, and a prop that more and more pregnant women use for exercise is the Swiss ball because it offers numerous benefits. Exercising on the ball improves stability and flexibility. Stretching exercises on the Swiss ball help relax shortened muscles. Additionally, exercising on the ball strengthens stretched abdominal muscles. When exercising, it is necessary to choose a ball that corresponds to the dimensions of the pregnant woman so that she can assume the correct position during the exercises. Exercising on the ball during pregnancy will ease discomfort and pain that occurs in the lower back, reducing stress and anxiety.
