Abstract
Fizioterapijski postupci imaju ključnu ulogu pri liječenju bolova u donjem dijelu leđa, nudeći sveobuhvatan pristup koji obuhvaća različite terapijske tehnike. Ovi postupci uključuju manualnu terapiju, vježbe, edukaciju o pravilnom držanju tijela i načinu života, kao i primjenu različitih modaliteta poput elektroterapije i magnetoterapije. Cilj fizioterapije je smanjiti bol, poboljšati pokretljivost i funkcionalnost, te spriječiti ponovne pojave bolova. Individualizirani pristup omogućava prilagođavanje terapije specifičnim potrebama svakog pacijenta, što rezultira učinkovitim i personaliziranim tretmanom. Fizioterapija ostaje ključna komponenta u holističkom pristupu liječenju bolova u donjem dijelu leđa, pružajući pacijentima alate i strategije za dugoročno olakšanje i oporavak.
Abstract (english)
Physiotherapy procedures play a key role in treating lower back pain, offering a comprehensive approach that encompasses various therapeutic techniques. These procedures include manual therapy, exercises, education on proper posture and lifestyle, as well as the application of different modalities such as electrotherapy and magnetotherapy. The goal of physiotherapy is to reduce pain, improve mobility and functionality, and prevent the recurrence of pain. The individualized approach allows for tailoring the therapy to the specific needs of each patient, resulting in effective and personalized treatment. Physiotherapy remains a crucial component in the holistic approach to treating lower back pain, providing patients with tools and strategies for long-term relief and recovery.
