Abstract
Ozljede mišića zadnje lože česta su pojava kod osoba koje se bave sportom, ali do ozljeda dolazi i kod rekreativaca kao i kod osoba koje se inače ne bave sportom. Najčešći mehanizam zbog kojega dolazi do ozljede zapravo se odnosi na kombinaciju jakih sila koje djeluju na mišićno-tetivnu jedinicu, bilo aktivno ili pasivno, produljenje te jedinice preko umjerenih duljina te kombinaciju brzih pokreta. Za samu dijagnostiku ozljede, najčešće se koriste klinički testovi, MR ili ultrazvuk, a ozljede stražnje lože predstavljaju kompleksne ozljede koje iziskuju dugotrajno liječenje i rehabilitaciju. Rehabilitacija se sastavlja prema individualnim potrebama pacijenta, ali ona je uglavnom podijeljena u 5 faza. U rehabilitaciji naglasak se uglavnom stavlja na vježbanje, istezanje, jačanje, ali osim toga, u rehabilitaciji se koriste i druge metode kao što su proprioceptivna neuromuskulatorna facilitacija, flossing, krioterapija, cupping, a kao zlatni standard u rehabilitaciji ozljeda koristi se izokinetička terapija. Prije same terapije, poželjna je i izokinetička dijagnostika koja je vrlo dobra za individualizaciju rehabilitacijskog procesa koja je ključni dio uspješne rehabilitacije.
Abstract (english)
Injuries to the hamstring muscles are common among athletes, but they also occur in recreational individuals and those who are generally not involved in sports. The most common mechanism leading to injury involves a combination of significant forces acting on the muscletendon unit, either actively or passively, lengthening of that unit beyond moderate lengths, and a combination of rapid movements. For the diagnosis of such injuries, clinical tests, MRI, or ultrasound are commonly used, as hamstring injuries represent complex injuries that require prolonged treatment and rehabilitation. Rehabilitation is tailored to the individual needs of the patient, typically divided into 5 phases. Exercise, stretching, and strengthening are the main focuses of rehabilitation, but other methods such as proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, flossing, cryotherapy, cupping, and isokinetic therapy are also utilized. Isokinetic diagnostics before therapy are desirable for the individualization of the rehabilitation process, which is a crucial part of successful rehabilitation.
