Abstract
Pitanje nacionalne sigurnosti može se postaviti u bilo kojem području javnog djelovanja, ali ovaj rad usmjeren je na područje nacionalne sigurnosti i obrane. Poimanje nacionalne sigurnosti i obrane posebice je intrigantna u sektoru obrane i sigurnosti. Rad govori o ulozi tijela državne vlasti u području obrane i nacionalne sigurnosti, ulozi Predsjednika Republike Hrvatske, ulozi Hrvatskoga sabora, ulozi Vlade Republike Hrvatske te Ministarstva obrane, o njihovim ovlastima u upravljanju obranom i nacionalnom sigurnosti te o pravnim aktima kojima su njihove ovlasti uređene. Isto tako govori o ulozi intervencijskih službi, vojske, policije, sigurnosnih službi te državnog ureda za zaštitu i spašavanje, odnosno, neposrednih izvršitelja određenih radnji koji su usmjereni na obranu i nacionalnu sigurnost, te o aktima koji uređuju njihovo djelovanje.
Abstract (english)
The question of national security can be set in any area of public work, but this paper is focused on the area of national security and defense. Understanding of national security and defence in particular is intriguing in the sector of defence and security. The work speaks about the role of State Government in the field of defence and national security, the role of the President of the Republic of Croatia, the role of the Croatian Parliament, the role of the Government of the Republic of Croatia and the Ministry of Defense, about their rights in the management of the defense and national security and legal acts that define their autorities. It also comprehend the role of Interventional Services, arm forces, police, secret services, department for rescueservices, immediate executors of certainactions that are focused on defense and national securityas well as the legal acts which define the activities of above mentioned institutiones.
