It also improves stability and increases endurance. It is important to emphasize that the effect of orthoses may differ between patients. Based on various researches, it can be said that the choice of orthoses and their clinical effectiveness depend on the needs and conditions of the patients. Of course, some of the research points to the need for further research in order to fully understand the effectiveness of orthoses and how they can be properly and safely applied in practice, but it is concluded that orthoses are effective for the treatment of a number of conditions, providing numerous positive outcomes.
