Abstract | Ovaj rad istražuje kompleksnu povezanost između fizičke, tehničke, taktičke i mentalne treniranosti te njihove uloge u postizanju i održavanju sportske forme. Trenirani sportaši ne samo da moraju biti fizički pripremljeni, već trebaju posjedovati vještine i strategije koje im omogućuju optimizaciju izvedbe. Teorijska osnova rada obuhvaća različite aspekte treniranosti, uključujući fizičke, tehničke, taktičke i mentalne komponente te ključne faktore koji utječu na treniranost kao što su genetske predispozicije, metode treniranja, ishrana i oporavak. Razlikovanje između osnovne i specifične treniranosti naglašava važnost prilagodbe treninga prema specifičnostima sporta i ciljevima. Osim toga, važna je detaljna razrada njezine definicije, metoda mjerenja i ciklične prirode. Naglašava se kako pravilno planiranje i prilagodba treninga mogu maksimizirati performanse tijekom ključnih natjecanja. Utjecaj tehnologije u praćenju treniranosti i analizi performansi također je ključan, s posebnim fokusom na nosive uređaje, video analitiku i buduće trendove u sportskom treningu. Rad pruža preporuke za trenere, sportaše i sportske organizacije, uključujući integraciju mentalne pripreme, upotrebu tehnologije i prilagodbu treninga specifičnim potrebama sportaša. Trained athletes must not only be physically prepared but also possess the skills and strategies necessary to optimize their performance. The theoretical foundation of the paper covers various aspects of training, including physical, technical, tactical, and mental components, as well as key factors influencing training, such as genetic predispositions, training methods, nutrition, and recovery. The distinction between basic and specific training highlights the importance of tailoring training to the specific requirements of the sport and the athlete's goals. The paper provides a detailed analysis of its definition, measurement methods, and cyclical nature. It emphasizes how proper planning and adjustment of training can maximize performance during key competitions. The impact of technology on monitoring training and analyzing performance is also crucial, with a particular focus on wearable devices, video analytics, and future trends in sports training. The paper offers recommendations for coaches, athletes, and sports organizations, including integrating mental preparation, using technology, and tailoring training to the specific needs of athletes.
