Abstract
Ovaj završni rad istražuje važnost poslovne etike u organizaciji te naglašava njezinu ključnu ulogu u osiguravanju dugoročne održivosti, jačanju povjerenja dionika i postizanju poslovnih ciljeva. Poslovna etika definirana je kao skup načela i vrijednosti koji usmjeravaju ponašanje organizacija prema zaposlenicima, klijentima i zajednici. Rad objašnjava kako implementacija etičkih standarda doprinosi jačanju ugleda organizacije, povećanju učinkovitosti i stvaranju pozitivnog utjecaja na društvo. Kroz praktični primjer iz prakse, komapanije Atos, analizira se etička organizacijska strukture, transparentnost te politike usmjerene na brigu o zaposlenicima i klijentima.
Abstract (english)
This thesis explores the importance of business ethics in organizations and highlights its key role in ensuring long-term sustainability, strengthening stakeholder trust, and achieving business objectives. Business ethics is defined as a set of principles and values that guide the behavior of organizations toward their employees, clients, and the community. The study explains how implementing ethical standards enhances organizational reputation, increases efficiency, and creates a positive impact on society. Through a practical example of Atos, the analysis focuses on ethical organizational structures, transparency, and policies aimed at employee and client care.
