Abstract
Uvod: Bol je etiološki složeno, ali osjetno jedinstveno iskustvo pojedinca koje, osim prijenosa osjetilnih informacija, ima i snažne afektivne, emocionalne i spoznajne značajke. Nastanak ozljede najčešće rezultira pojavom boli. Bol živčanim osjetilnim putevima putuje do mozga, točnije talamusa, gdje se zapravo osvještava. Kod pojave boli i ozljeda u sportu najčešće se govori o ozljedama lokomotornog sustava. Najčešće su sportske ozljede sustava za kretanje i to čak i do 80% svih športskih ozljeda. Ozljede ramena u rukometu jedne su od najučestalijih, uz njih se u jednakoj ili nešto većoj mjeri pojavljuju samo ozljede koljenog i skočnog zgloba. Cilj: Utvrditi postoji li bolnost lokomotornog sustava kod rukometašica. Metode: Ispitivanje je provedeno na uzorku od 24 rukometašice prosječne starosti od 18,9 godina. Način prikupljanja podataka bila je anketa. Rezultati: Rezultati ankete ukazuju da su najveće tegobe u vidu manifesttacija zatezanja, osjećaja zakočenosti, ukočenosti i boli. Što se tiče topografske podjele, najveća bolnost javlja se u zglobu stopala, ako se govori o jednostranoj boli. Kada se govori o obostranoj bolnosti, potrebno je naglasiti da se ne javlja tako često, a da se najčešće javlja u zglobovima koljena. Od mišića gornjih ekstremiteta najčešća bolnost javlja se u mišićima nadlaktice, a donjih u mišićima „lista“. Rasprava: Nakon provedenog istraživanja nameće se zaključak je da je bolnost u ženskom rukometnom klubu „Osijek“ vrlo česta, te bi bilo u budućnosti potrebo istražiti njene najčešće mehanizme nastanka. Kako su najčešći uzročnici boli ekstrinzični faktori (greške u trenažnom procesu, „too much too soon“, neadekvatna oprema i teren, nepoštivanje specifičnosti sportaša) na bolnost bi se moglo utjecati adekvatnim modifikcaijom ekstrinzičnih utjecaja. Zaključak: Najčešćim se uzrokom boli smatra prevelika količina aktivnosti, a najčešći okidač se smatra aktivnost visokog intenziteta. Česte su ozljede ramenog obruča koje se javljaju u velikom broju bacačkih sportova pa tako i u rukometu. No zbog velike izmjene sila i apsorpcije udaraca o podlogu često nastaju i ozljede donjih ekstremiteta.
Abstract (english)
Pain is complex, but sensibly unique experience for every individual person. Transfer of sensibility information has strong effective, emotional and cognitional features occurrence of injury most often ends with pain appearance. Pain travels to brain by neuronal pathways, exactly to talamus, there it becomes aware. Appearence of pain of the locomotor system is often sign of overuse syndrome or injury. Most of sport injuries (in more than 80%) belongs to injuries of locomotor system. Shoulder injuries in handball are one of the most common. Except them, knee injuries and injuries of ankle joint are also very represented. Purpose: to confirm appearance of pain in locomotory system by handball player. Methods: research is made on sample of 24 handball players, middle old was 18,9 years by internally made questionarie. Results: the results of the inqairy shows that the biggest problem in the circle of manifestations are stretched, blocked feeling, satiffness and pain. When we are talking about topographic division the biggest pain can be remarkable in the foot joint but only like unilateral pain. The mutual pain, which is not that often can be remarkable in knee joint. In the muscle of upper extremities the often pain can be in muscle of upper arm but in lower extremities in muscle of triceps surae. Discussion: the conclusion after research is that the pain in the handball team „Osijek“ is very often so in the future is very important to find what is the reason which causes pain. The very often causing pain are extrinsic factors (mistakes in the training process, „too much too soon“, inadequate equipment and terrain, disrespect of athlete's specifics) so the pain could be affected by adequate modification of extrinsic effects. Conclusion: the main reason of pain is too much activity of high intensity. Lot of injurys are on the area of shoulder rim which is caused by throwing sports just like handball but because of change of force and shock absorption on base very often can be injurys on lower extremities.
