Abstract
U ovome radu prikazan je rehabilitacijski protokol kod ugradnje totalne endoproteze zgloba kuka koji bi trebao omogućiti pacijentu što brži povratak aktivnostima svakodnevnog života. Kako bi rezultati same rehabilitacije bili što uspješni bitna je kontinuiranost u radu kao i disciplina, te kao najvažniju stavku treba izdvojiti aktivno sudjelovanje pacijenta u samom procesu. Svakome pacijentu treba pristupiti individualno s obzirom na parametre koji se odnose na samo oštećenje kao i na osobine koje se razlikuju kod svakog pacijenta kao što su: dob, spol, anatomska struktura zgloba, te ostale prijašnje bolesti. Program rehabilitacije opisan je detaljno od prvih postoperativnih dana pa sve do konačne uspostave svih funkcija zgloba kuka.
Abstract (english)
This paper shows a rehabilitation protocol for the implantation of total hip joint endoprosthesis. Which should provide a quicker recovery to the patient considering activity of daily life. In order for the result of the rehabilitation to be successful it is importan to maintain continuity due to achieve success in rehabilitation process and patient involvement should be active. Each patient should be approached individually considering the parameters related to the damage as well as the characteristics that differ in each patient, such as: age, gender, joint structure and previous diseases. The rehabilitation program is described in detail from the first postoperative days until the establishment off all the functions of the hip joint.
