Abstract
Zglob koljena najveći je i najsloženiji zglob u ljudskom tijelu, te ujedno je i zglob koji se najčešće ozljeđuje u sportskim aktivnostima. Sport je važna sastavnica naših života, osim brojnih pozitivnih strana, sa sobom ponekad nosi i brojne neželjene ozljede. Većina sportaša zna ponešto o ozljedama koljena, te ga nipošto ne žele ozlijediti. U koljenu može biti ozlijeđena bilo koja struktura, te tako ove ozljede predstavljaju jedne od težih u sportu i uzrokuju dugo izbivanje sportaša s terena. Liječenje podrazumijeva konzervativni i operativni pristup, a ovisno je od težini same ozljede. Rehabilitacija obuhvaća osposobljavanje sportaša za povratak na teren, a sastoji se od kvalitetnog provođenja fizikalne, odnosno kineziterapije. U rehabilitaciji sportskih ozljeda koljena veliku ulogu ima fizioterapeut, kako u provođenju rehabilitacijskih programa tako i u prevenciji sportskih ozljeda.
Abstract (english)
Knee is the largest and the most complex joint in human body, as well, it's the most injured joint in sports activities . Sport is an important part of our lives, with itself sport bring so many positive sides, but at the same time carries a lot of injuries. Most of the athlete's knows at least something about knee injuries and they don't even want to think about injuries like those. Any knee structure can be injured, so because of that they represent one of the toughest injuries in sport and can cause athlete's absence from field. Treatment includes surgery and conservative approach, depending upon the degree of injury. Rehabilitation contain athlete's training processes which include physiotherapy as well as kinesitherapy. Physiotherapist can play major role in rehabilitation process after knee injuries as well as in prevention of sports injuries.
