Abstract
Završni rad pisan je na temelju ISS, ICT analize uprave Grada Vinkovaca. U prvom dijelu pojašnjena je upotrjebljena metodologija rada. ISS provedena je putem detaljnog pregleda vanjskog dijela trenutnog CMS sustava. Na temelju funkcionalnosti CMS sustava i njegove uporabe od strane uprave provedena je kratka analiza koja ukazuje na pozitivne dijelove implementacije ICT-a i na trenutne nedostatke u odnosu na ICT otvorene mogućnosti. U sintezi rada opisani su prijedlozi dogradnje postojećeg CMS sustava u skladu s mogućnostima cjelovitog elektronskog poslovanja uprave, razvoja administrativne efikasnosti, elektronskog pružanja usluga i maksimaliziranja demokracije putem ICT-a.
Abstract (english)
The final paper was written on the basis of ISS, the ICT analysis of the City of Vinkovci administration. The first part explains the used methodology. ISS was performed through a detailed review of the external part of the current CMS system. Based on the functionality of the CMS system and its use by the administration, a brief analysis was conducted that points out the positive aspects of ICT implementation and current shortcomings in relation to open ICT opportunities. In the synthesis of the work, the proposals for the extension of the existing CMS system are described in accordance with the possibilities of the complete electronic administration, the development of administrative efficiency, the provision of electronic services and the maximization of democracy through ICT.
