Abstract
U ovome završnom radu fokus je stavljen na ispitivanje uspješnosti poslovanja i izračun različitih mjerila uspješnosti poslovanja poduzeća. Praćenje mjerila uspješnosti poslovanja omogućuje sagledavanje poslovanja sa svrhom dobivanja informacija o načinu i rezultatima poslovanja određenog poduzeća. Ovim radom analizira se uspješnost poslovanja poduzeća Velepromet d.d. iz Vukovara u razdoblju od 2014. godine do 2016. godine. Pomoću analize javno dostupnih financijskih izvještaja dobiveni su rezultati apsolutnih mjerila uspješnosti poslovanja kao što su ukupni prihodi (poslovni, financijski i izvanredni), ukupni rashodi (troškovi) i financijski rezultat poslovanja, te rezultati relativnih mjerila uspješnosti kao što su omjeri likvidnosti, zaduženosti, aktivnosti, profitabilnosti te ekonomičnosti. Na temelju rezultata financijske analize donosi se zaključak o stupnju uspješnosti poslovanju konkretnog poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
The paper focuses on testing the levels of success of doing business and calculating the different criteria used for measuring the levels of corporate performance. Monitoring such criteria makes it possible to examine a business with a view to obtaining information about the way of doing business of a particular enterprise, as well as its results. This paper analyses the levels of corporate performance of the enterprise Velepromet d.d. Vukovar in the period from 2014 to 2016. By means of analyzing publicly available financial statements the absolute criteria of corporate performance are obtained, such as total revenue (operating, financial and extraordinary), total expenses (expenditure) and financial result, as well as the results of relative criteria, such as the ratios of liquidity, indebtedness, activity, profitability and cost-effectiveness. Based on the results of the financial analysis, a conclusion is made on the degree of success of a particular company's business.
