Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je ostavinski izvanparnični postupak. U ovom završnom radu obraditi će se pojam nasljednog prava te pravne norme putem kojih se nasljeđuje. U radu će se objasniti tijek ostavinskog postupka, temeljna načela te radnje u ostavinskom postupku. Prikazati će se uloga javnog bilježnika u postupku nasljeđivanja. Rad završava objašnjavanjem što je to Hrvatski upisnik oporuka te zašto je on ustanovljen.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this thesis is the inheritance non-contentious procedure. In this thesis, the term inheritance law and the legal norm through which it is inherited will be addressed. This paper will explain the course of the inheritance process, the basic principles and the actions in the proceedings. The role of notary public in the inheritance process will be explained. The paper ends with an explanation of what the Croatian record of the testaments is and why it was established.
