Abstract
Kroz odbojku, kao uglavnom, jednostrani sport imamo se prilike uvjeriti kako se upravo radi velikog broja ponavljanja određenih pokreta dominantnom ili nedominantnom rukom, odnosno nogom ili stranom tijela pojavljuju određeni deficiti koji mogu utjecati na nepravilno izvođenje pojedinog elementa. Nepravilna izvedba određenog tehničko – taktičkog elementa može dovesti do smanjenja učinkovitosti u određenoj situaciji tijekom odbojkaške igre, a nadalje i biti uzrokom kronične ili akutne ozljede odbojkašice ili odbojkaša. Glavni cilj rada je utvrditi asimetriju u opsegu i kvaliteti pokreta na uzorku od 31 ispitanice, odbojkašice ''HAOK MLADOST'' iz Zagreba. Mjerenje opsega i kvalitete pokreta izvršeno je FMS metodologijom te su dobiveni rezultati dalje opisani i prikazani kroz statističke podatke. Naposljetku, savjetuje se program korektivnih vježbi koji je koristan sportašima, kako profesionalnim, tako i rekreativnim.
Abstract (english)
Through volleyball, as a one-sided sport, we have the chance to see that a large number of repetitions of certain movements with a dominant or undominant hand or leg or foreign body appear so wecan have certain deficits that affect the improper performance of a particular element. Improper performance of a particular technical tactical element can lead to reduced performance in a particular situation during the volleyball game and further cause chronic or acute injury to the volleyball player. The main goal of the work was to determine asymmetry in the range and quality of movement on a sample of 31 respondents, ''HAOK MLADOST'' volleyball players from Zagreb. Measurement of bandwidth and quality of motion was carried out using the FMS methodology and the results were further described and presented through statistical data. Finally, experts advise a program of corrective exercises that is beneficial to athletes, both professional and recreational.
