Abstract
Javna uprava je dužna briniti se o razvoju gospodarstva svoje zemlje, odnosno imati pozitivan utjecaj na razvoj poduzetništva koji kao takav bitno utjeće na razvoj cijele države. Tako je nužan dobar odnos između same javne uprave i poduzetnika. Poduzetnik je osoba koja sa svojim sposobnostima i karakteristikama samostalno pokreće, organizira i vodi poslovni razvoj. Uz ostale sposobnosti i znanja koje su potrebne poduzetniku da uspotavi poduzeće, potrebna je i određena energija i poželjan karakter poduzetnika s kojim bi poduzeće bilo bolje uspostavljeno.
Abstract (english)
Public authority is obligated to take care of the country's economy development and to have a positive impact on the development of entrepreneurship which has an important impact on the development of the whole country, Therefore a good relationship betwen the public authority and entrepreneurs is important. Entrepreneur is a person who with his capabilities and characteristics indepedently runs, organises and lead the business development. Along with other capabilities and knowledges that are important for entrepreneurs to establish company, he or she needs certain energy and a desirable character which could make the company's establishment better.
